Welcome to Healthrich Solutions. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Healthrich Solutions mobile application, website, content, services, and related features (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).

By registering for, accessing, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not access or use the Platform.

1. About Healthrich Solutions

Healthrich Solutions is a digital health education and awareness platform that provides informative content related to health, nutrition, lifestyle, yoga, exercise, Ayurveda, wellness, and general health awareness through articles, photographs, videos, and other digital content.

The Platform is intended primarily for general health education and awareness purposes.

2. Eligibility

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating and using your account.

By using the Platform, you agree that:

• The information provided by you is accurate and up to date.
• You will keep your account and login credentials secure.
• You will not use another person's account without authorization.
• You will not use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited purpose.

3. User Registration

Certain features of the Platform may require user registration.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login information and for activities carried out through your account.

Healthrich Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account if false information, misuse, fraudulent activity, unauthorized access, or violation of these Terms is identified.

4. Subscription and Payment

The Platform may provide paid subscription services.

The applicable subscription charges, duration, payment terms, and other relevant details will be displayed to the user before completing the payment.

Where applicable:

• A one-time registration fee of ₹30 may be charged at the time of registration.
• A monthly subscription fee of one ninety nine rupee  may be applicable for continued access to subscription services.
• Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateway and payment service providers.
• Users are responsible for providing accurate payment and banking information.
• Applicable taxes, charges, or payment gateway fees, if any, may be charged as applicable.

5. Auto-Pay and Recurring Subscription

If a user activates an Auto-Pay, e-Mandate, UPI AutoPay, or other recurring payment facility, the user authorizes the applicable payment service provider to process recurring subscription payments in accordance with the mandate or authorization approved by the user.

The recurring payment amount and frequency will be displayed to the user before the mandate or recurring payment authorization is completed.

Users are responsible for ensuring that sufficient funds are available in their linked bank account or payment method.

If a recurring payment fails, the subscription may be suspended or access to paid features may be restricted until the applicable payment is successfully completed.

Users may manage or cancel their recurring payment mandate through the applicable payment provider or available account/payment settings, subject to the applicable terms and conditions of the payment provider.

6. Subscription Access

Paid subscription content and features are available only while the user's subscription remains active, unless otherwise stated.

Healthrich Solutions reserves the right to modify, update, replace, suspend, or discontinue any content, feature, or service where reasonably necessary.

Changes to content or features may be made without prior notice where required for operational, technical, legal, or security reasons.

7. Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation and refund of registration fees and subscription payments will be governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy made available on the Platform.

Where a refund is applicable, it will be processed in accordance with the applicable refund policy and payment gateway procedures.

Unless otherwise stated or required under applicable law, registration fees and subscription payments may be non-refundable.

8. Health Information Disclaimer

The information provided through the Healthrich Solutions Platform is intended for general health education and awareness purposes only.

The content available on the Platform does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or professional healthcare services.

Healthrich Solutions does not guarantee that any information, recommendation, exercise, dietary information, Ayurvedic information, wellness information, or other content provided through the Platform will diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.

Users should consult a qualified doctor or healthcare professional before making decisions regarding their health, medication, diet, exercise, treatment, or lifestyle.

In case of a medical emergency, users should immediately contact an appropriate healthcare professional or emergency medical service.

9. Accuracy of Information

Healthrich Solutions makes reasonable efforts to provide useful, informative, and responsible content.

However, Healthrich Solutions does not guarantee that all information available on the Platform will always be complete, current, accurate, or error-free.

Health-related information may change over time. Users should independently verify important medical or health-related information with qualified healthcare professionals.

10. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, or commercially exploit Platform content without authorization.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, accounts, servers, or systems.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful material.
• Misuse another user's account or personal information.
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or deceptive activities.
• Interfere with the security, operation, or availability of the Platform.
• Use automated systems or methods to access, copy, scrape, or collect Platform content without authorization.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on the Platform, including but not limited to text, articles, graphics, photographs, videos, logos, designs, trademarks, software, and other materials, may be owned by or licensed to Healthrich Solutions and may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may access and use such content only for personal and non-commercial purposes, unless prior written permission has been obtained from Healthrich Solutions or the applicable rights holder.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, publication, transmission, or commercial use of Platform content is prohibited.

12. Third-Party Content and Services

The Platform may contain links, embedded videos, payment services, advertisements, or other content and services provided by third parties.

Third-party services may include payment processors, video hosting platforms, external websites, and other service providers.

Healthrich Solutions does not control and is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, policies, security, or practices of third-party services.

Users should review the applicable terms, privacy policies, and other policies of third-party service providers before using their services.

13. App Availability and Technical Issues

Healthrich Solutions aims to keep the Platform available and functioning properly. However, uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability cannot be guaranteed.

The Platform may occasionally be unavailable or experience interruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, software updates, security measures, network problems, server issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Healthrich Solutions shall not be responsible for losses, damages, or claims arising from:

• Reliance on general health information provided through the Platform.
• Technical interruptions, errors, or temporary unavailability of the Platform.
• Unauthorized access resulting from the user's failure to protect account credentials.
• Third-party services, websites, payment processors, or payment processing issues.
• Any decision, action, or omission made by a user based solely on information available through the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

15. Suspension or Termination

Healthrich Solutions may suspend, restrict, or terminate a user's access to the Platform or specific services if the user:

• Violates these Terms.
• Engages in fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or misleading activity.
• Misuses the Platform or its content.
• Attempts to compromise the security or operation of the Platform.
• Provides false or misleading information.

Upon termination or suspension, the user's right to access certain services or subscription content may immediately cease.

Any outstanding obligations that are intended to survive termination will continue to apply.

16. Changes to These Terms

Healthrich Solutions may update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Updated Terms may be published or made available through the Platform. The “Last Updated” date will be changed when appropriate.

Your continued use of the Platform after updated Terms are made available may constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

The collection, use, storage, processing, and protection of personal information are governed by the Healthrich Solutions Privacy Policy.

Users are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy before registering for or using the Platform.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Platform or these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts, as applicable under law.

By registering for an account, making a payment, activating a subscription, activating an Auto-Pay/e-Mandate, or using the Healthrich Solutions Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
